[Vision2020] John Dickinson update

Does anyone know this river - how fast moving is it?  COULD he have 
survived?  Is there a chance he didn't actually end up in the water?  Has 
the other car been looked at to see if it actually did hit him?  Have the 
banks been searched?

Thanks for any information and thanks to everyone for the updates...as 
painful as they are, its better than not knowing what is going on.
