[Vision2020] Huge Flash of Blue Light

I assume it was a transformer blowing as power went out in parts of 
downtown (including my wife's restaurant, the Red Door: ever try to 
run a restaurant kitchen without power? Doesn't work.) from 7:00 
-8:00.
