Again, a kirker speaks out of both sides of the mouth.

When you felt that Tom had done what Debbie OBVIOUSLY has done, you hop all 
over his stuff and demand! his being fired.  But, one of your own is proven 
to have done just what you yourself was fired (partly) over, you cry 
"unfair".

Another fine example of Doug's teaching being taken to heart by his 
followers.
