I don't understand. Isn't there already a "confidential address where victims can receive mail" called a post office box? Why would some sort of legislation be required when such an obvious answer is already available. Clearly I'm missing something.

This bill is  introduced by Tom Trail and Shirley Ringo and will provide a confidential addres where victims can receive mail. Carl will be going to Boise tomorrow to testify. A friend of ours (Carl and me) has been subject to problems because she could  not list and address without it being discovered by an unwanted party. This legislation is badly needed. I would like to congratulate everyone involved it geting this bill introduced. It should pass with bipartisan support.
