[Vision2020] VJ's BBQ?

Does anyone have any info on the BBQ place going into the former pawn
shop on the Troy Hwy. Like, will it be REAL BBQ, not Tony Roma style
faux-BBQ. Kansas City BBQ, Texas BBQ, wet, dry, anything?

Not too mention, WHEN is it opening (I hate "Opening Soon" signs, how
"soon" is "soon"?)
