[Vision2020] Dan Fogelberg

My favorite Dan Fogelberg song is "Same Old Lang Syne".  Both the music and lyrics are excellent.  The piano melody is very good.  The ending is Auld Lang Syne played on the soprano sax by Michael Brecker who also sadly passed away earlier this year at age 57.

I just got back from covering the National Cutting Horse Association
 Futurity in Fort Worth for a magazine (NCHA Chatter). The press box was
 filled with folks talking about Dan Fogelberg, but almost exclusively
 about his song "Run for the Roses," about the Kentucky Derby. None of
 them could name any other of his works, but that one instantly came to the
 lips of this horsey crowd.
