[Vision2020] Craig's official statement

That would be my guess on the GOP side, but 
Kempthorne seems to have gotten the DC itch again 
and he's out of a job there come 1/9/09. Andrus 
followed a similar path being governor with a 
stint as Interior Sec'y for Carter between terms.
