Wow! If there is someone on the Palouse behaving this way, we surely would 
have read about it in the Daily Snooze. This doesn't sound like a Wiccan, it

sounds like a very disturbed individual. No Wiccan would burn toxic 
materials like car mats and coolers.
No part of any Wiccan religious ceremony calls for being completely drunk 
and disorderly, screaming loudly enough to wake neighbors, nor assaulting 
police officers.

As Here Dog has done in the past, he's confused and generalizing based on 
lack of accurate information....
