[Vision2020] Co-op Offers Cash Incentive to Use Reusable Bags

I'm delighted to report that, despite Donovan's disapproval, the Co-Op does 
remarkably well without the much cherished Donovan J. Arnold Seal of 
Approval.  Hard to believe.   Carl Westberg Jr.
