I am ripped off every time I buy something at the Commons.

You know, there are cameras all over the commons, if they know what time he was accosted they can simple check the cameras and identify the person. You could in fact follow him all the way off campus and see what vehicle he was driving or to his place of residence even.

  For example:

If he left the bathroom at 11:04am, you then check the camera that is outside that bathroom door. You see which way he goes and look at that camera. Unless the guy took off into the woods, you could probably follow him all the way across town as you looked at ATM cameras and other business cameras.

Some police officer probably already has found out who he is. A little bit of research and they got this guy.

  Best,

  Donovan
