Is there any doubt that Gary Trudeau has a level of genius that could almost be termed "prophetic"? I have been a Doonesbury fan for . . . sigh . . . 30 years (as long as I've been a Birkenstock wearer, but I don't think the two are related), and I honestly think that Trudeau is in a class by himself when it comes to insight, wit, and courage. This current theme is brilliant. Doonesbury should be required reading for every high school and college student who seeks to understand the times we live in, and it's too bad it's not required for Congress, the President, and the courts, who brought us to this point in so many ways. keely> From: thansen at moscow.com> To: vision2020 at moscow.com> Date: Fri, 13 Apr 2007 05:39:26 -0700> Subject: [Vision2020] Today's (April 13, 2007) Doonesbury> > http://images.ucomics.com/comics/db/2007/db070413.gif> > Seeya round town, Moscow.> > Tom Hansen> Moscow, Idaho> > "If flying-saucer creatures or angels or whatever were to come here in a> hundred years, say, and find us gone like the dinosaurs, what might be a> good message for humanity to leave for them, maybe carved in great big> letters on a Grand Canyon wall?
