My nephrology expert at VIN (Veterinary Information Network) is recommending
testing for all cats & dogs who have consumed any of the recalled foods.
For now, she also recommends avoiding any pet foods that contain wheat
gluten -- there is just too much unknown at the point and the consequences
are just too dire  :-(
