[Vision2020] Wheaton Story in paper

I was at the same meeting and this is the gist of what happened. The  
gentleman who stated he couldn't hear was in the front row. I was in  
the second about two chairs away from him and was also having trouble  
hearing. The audience was being quiet and polite until the request to  
speak louder was flat-out refused.
