You are quoting out of context.
What I said was " If drastic measures need to be taken here is one. Drain all the swamps(wet lands) Not only do they produce swamp gas/methane, but they are also a breeding ground for mosquitoes that carry diseases such as West Nile" That is not saying I agree or disagree with any of the drastic measures being proposed. Only that if those that are being proposed are to be considered, then so should draining the swamps. Wet lands are important for wildlife refuges/habitat. There are also as much if not more of an environmental and health risk than are livestock.
