J,

Sounds like to me, another act by our mayor to make Moscow a no growth(sorry 
smart growth), no hick liven, no blue collor wearin, we respect all lives 
except ones that go against our agenda town. Agree with Wheaton or not, but 
he served the town for fifteen years. At least give him that.
