[Vision2020] Wheaton Story in paper

I don't know Wheaton or hardly anything about his leadership although a
number of people have commented upon his alleged failure to follow the law,
etc, and his probable IQ.

But I will tell you this from much experience as a citizen and as a former
planner: Just because someone gets everyone mad does not mean they are
acting fairly. To judge whether someone was acting fairly is a much more
complex judgment needing lots of facts and legal references. Also, one
cannot act fairly if they ignore laws, duly enacted policies and procedures,
and/or if they have declared or undeclared conflicts of interest/agendas.

W.
