I contacted the wizards at FSR to respond to J. Ford's plea.
J. Ford was not unsubscribed.
Someone did try to unsubscribe J. Ford, but did not due to the controls the
FSR set in place.
what happened was that someone pretending to be J. Ford requested to be
unsubscribed.  That FSR process sends an email to Ford asking Ford to
acknowledge that.  If Ford does nothing then the unsubscribe request is
ignored.
