[Vision2020] NSA Enrollment is up

I think you would need to ask someone who knows the answer to that question. 
  And, no...  flinging questions at non-existent people via cyberspace does 
not count.  Have you ever thought of actually asking them?  Unless, of 
course, you've already made up your mind as to their answer.  Then it would 
just be silly.
