[Vision2020] Notch it down

I don't know Joe, I think in some instances you make a very good judge.  But on other occasions, like me, you have hoof in mouth.

  You want to call yourself a referee you have to do it to both sides.  Otherwise, it would be like a Steelers Vs. Seattle Superbowl.
