[Vision2020] Mr. Ed's Detractors

I agree with this.  Good ideas from anywhere should be welcomed.  It's 
true that people that live in town will reap what they sow more 
directly, but all in the area are impacted to some degree.  I don't see 
why we shouldn't welcome ideas from anywhere in the world.  We just need 
to judge them on their merits.

Anyway, it beats the constant mud-slinging...
