[Vision2020] solving a noise problem

I guess the notion of rhetorical excess is lost on you, Crabtree. I forgot that everything on the internet is taken literally.

I was merely expressing my frustrations. I would never poison a dog, knife someone's tires, etc. It's called "exaggeration for effect."

Yes, I have called the cops. Three times now. So far, it has done no good. And it hasn't stopped the wild swearing or dog fights right in front of my small children.

I haven't had a neighborly chat with these people because they frighten me - I am not a big lady, and these are tattoed fat guys with weird dyed hair who seem to be perpetually drunk and violent. And to be honest, I am worried about retribution, which is why I am hoping to track down their landlord and report directly to him/her/them.

These are not just annoying neighbors, they are potentially dangerous. Before they moved into this neighborhood in August, this was a quiet, safe, family place.

Or will I have to poison the dogs, break the windows, and knife the tires of these juvenile terrors before they get the hint? I've been withholding judgment on our latest on our latest, regularly posting member thinking perhaps they just needed a little while to become acclimated but this is beyond the pale. Have you ever heard of a nifty new concept known as calling the cops? Or, perhaps going over and having a chat with your unpleasant neighbor? Instead ,you reach for the most cowardly options I can think of. I hate to say this but damn, you suck.

Does anyone know how I can find out who is the owner/landlord of a particular piece of property? I have a bunch of obnoxious students living near me who awakens my family several times a week with fighting dogs, loud profanities and screaming, and the most horrible music known to man.

How do I contact the owner of the property and tell him he's about to start a neighborhood revolt by renting to these obnoxious punks? Or will I have to poison the dogs, break the windows, and knife the tires of these juvenile terrors before they get the hint?

  Thanks.

The Usually Peaceful Penny P., who hasn't had enough sleep due to these brats
