[Vision2020] For those who don't plan to do the triathalon this Saturday

“ PARADISE PATH TO FITNESS” EVENT
     
   The City of Moscow ’s Paradise Path Task Force and Gritman   Medical Center  are co-sponsoring a free outdoor fitness monitoring event on Saturday, September 9th.  The activities will begin at the HIRC (  Hamilton Indoor   Recreation Center ), located at 1716 East F Street .  Starting time is 10:00 AM.  Activities will include running or walking a 2 km course, with fitness monitoring stations along the way and refreshments at the finish.  Gritman staff will be monitoring the blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation level of participants.  Each finisher will receive a free T-shirt.
