Every year UI Facilities adopts a theme for Halloween. This year the theme
with be the 1960s.
In preparation for next Tuesday, I put together eight hours non-stop 60s
music, everything from Jimi Hendrix to the Beau Brummels to the Kinks to
Janis Joplin to Bob Dylan to . . .
I even dug out an old Nehru shirt and bell-bottoms. The waist line of the
bell-bottoms had to be re-done. It's amazing how much they shrunk over the
years.
To cap it off, though, I needed some posters to set it off just right. I
googled around. I found loads of sites with loads of 60s posters. The
problem was that they wanted loads of money. However, I did find one super
site loaded with tons and tons of posters appropriate for virtually any
genre (loads of 60s posters), all reasonably priced (from $5 to $100, mostly
in the $20-$25 range) at:

Just thought you might like to know where you can get some totally groovy
and solid posters, reasonably priced.

safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways, chocolate in one hand, a drink in the other, body thoroughly used
up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO. What a ride!'"
