On 10/11/2006, Simmons was additionally charged with two counts of felony
Burglary and two counts of felony Grand Theft.

According to the affidavits, Simmons admitted to stealing a vehicle from a
residence on American Ridge Road on 9/16/2006, driving it to Troy, then,
upon seeing a Sheriff's car attempting to make contact with him, eluding the
officer. Simmons said he had "dumped" another vehicle that he had stolen

breaking into Troy Motors on 10/6/2006, and taking a Honda Goldwing
motorcycle. Simmons said he crashed the motorcycle outside of Troy and
returned to Troy Motors and stole a Chevy Impala that he'd seen when he took
the motorcycle. Simmons said he drove the Impala to the Clearwater River
Casino, "dumped" it, and picked up another vehicle which he later abandoned
at the Lewiston airport.

Simmons was served these charges at the Latah County jail while incarcerated
on Moscow Police Department charges holding a $5,000 bond. Simmons was
given a $15,000 bond on the Grand Theft and Eluding charges stemming from
the 9/16/2006 incidents and was released on his own recognizance on the four
other Latah County felony charges. His combined bond between the Latah
