Actually whayman, killing sociopathic predators does indeed, in a very real 
sense, bring someone back.  By acting as a deterrent to future aggression 
and rendering the problem of recidivism moot, capital punishment would 
preempt thousands of innocent deaths annually.

Until you are able to muster the courage to dispense with predatory vermin 
such as Duncan, you will continue to be part of the problem.
