[Vision2020] Moscow-Pullman Highway going commercial

DC,

Who wouldn't want to go?. A business smack dab between 50k people. Sounds 
like success to me.
Ah but the kicker is, our council and many more haven't the foresight to 
realize that, or don't want too.
