Poor, disconnected Lemon-O

Comb-Over's posting is not very telling with what he chooses to extract from the USAToday article for his propaganda compositing pile, but his not revealing the following from the article is quite telling about his own dodgy character:

"Bock, who had to leave her home for several months because of Hurricane Katrina, couldn't afford an attorney and didn't show up for the trial."

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2006-10-10-internet-defamation-case_x.htm

The judgment was a default judgment, and had nothing to do with the legal merits of the case. If a defendant does not file an answer to the original complaint or pursue the chase correctly, then the plaintiff wins by default regardless of the facts and law relevant.

But nice try, Lemon-O. On a par with your other postings and alleged talents. And you wonder why people think the cult is led by such a self-enriching nest of manipulative phonies and peopled by ovine personality worshippers who can't tell a scam from a pig sty and who do not mind making public asses of themselves as they fawn for the Cultmaster.

For the sake of public and private safety I hope your ability to connect wires properly greatly exceeds your reading comprehension and crap-detecting abilities.

W.

PS: Perhaps you did not understand this from yesterday. Perhaps The Great One will explain it to you at the next cult service:

I.R.C.P

Rule 26(b)(1). Scope of discovery in general.

Unless otherwise limited by order of the court in accordance with
these rules, the scope of discovery is as follows: (1) Parties may
obtain discovery regarding any matter, not privileged, which is
relevant to the subject matter involved in the pending action,
whether it relates to the claim or defense of the party seeking
discovery or to the claim or defense of any other party, including
the existence, description, nature, custody, condition and location
of any books, documents, or other tangible things and the identity
and location of persons having knowledge of any discoverable
matter. It is not ground for objection that the information sought
will be inadmissible at the trial if the information sought appears
reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible
  evidence.

Gebu?

Perhaps you have also forgotten this from a V 2020 post from Cameron Brown Cargill which not only calls the Cultmaster a con artist, but provides documentary proof:

Fact: The post from the Princess contained the quote:

"It should be added, as Doug Wilson has made clear repeatedly, the death penalty is not automatically required for adultery, homosexual acts, and other forms of " porneia." When guilt is established, such crimes are to be dealt with severely, but the meting out of the death penalty is just one option available to the judge."

See: http://mailman.fsr.com/pipermail/vision2020/2006-August/033961.html , fourth paragraph of response.

Fact: His Phoniness, Douglas Wilson, wrote a letter to the court recommending of sexual predator and NSA student James Sitler's sentence: "I would urge that the civil penalties applied would be measured and limited."

See www.tomandrodna/CR_2005_02027/CC_Ltr_081905.pdf, last paragraph.

It would be hard to find a clearer example of one who claims to be a man of God and Christ saying one thing and then hypocritically doing another. Such a revelation is convincing evidence that Pastor Douglas Wilson is not a man of Christ but a self-centered, arrogant, manipulative, unscrupulous confidence operator whose concern is not God's pleasure nor God's children's souls and salvation, but his own and his family's reputation, wealth, comfort, and ease. Also, it is clearly not loving one's neighbors to expose their children to a serial sexual predator and child molester.
