[Vision2020] downtown: Moscow/Pullman Hwy. Mall?

I have a question...when ShopKo went in, people thought that place would do 
great business and be an economic boon for Pullman.  Didn't happen.  Not 
even sure how that one stays open.

Why does anyone think the WalMart being in Pullman will do any better?  And 
if, well when, that one goes in what will happen to Moscow's?  Will it fail 
and close?  Then what?  What would happen to that building?  Could UI buy 
that land back and mayhap use that for the Dairy Project?
