I suppose that Tony would prefer that the reporter had written, "Bush, a 
look of befuddlement on his face, did not answer the question.  White House 
sources were mum on whether or not 'befuddlement' is what Bush intended, 
although one source suggested 'bewilderment' might have been his intent."
