Oh Ralph, that's sooo unfair. Maybe, just MAYBE, Ralph, it's about
CHARACTER! About sticking with an unpopular position even as the opposition
opts not to apply it's selectively used term "leadership" in this instance.
Bush Sr. and Jr. are honorable men of their word. History will record this
even as his ungracious and ungrateful contemporaries refuse to.

May the good Lord bless and keep our fine President and his family
throughout this holiday season. -T

> ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 22 (AP) — Former President
> George Bush took on Arab critics of his son Tuesday during a testy
> exchange at a leadership conference.
>
> “My son is an honest man,” Mr. Bush told members of the audience who
> harshly criticized President Bush. The Persian Gulf used to be safe

> “We do not respect your son,” a woman in the audience bluntly told

> whooped and whistled in approval.
