[Vision2020] Non-developing Developer

BTW, just how many projects should one developer be allowed to bring to the 
City and City Council/Commissions, NEVER have a single one of them actually 
go into production, with the developer still owing the City a huge amount of 
money on one of those projects (not to mention different vendors around the 
area) before the City says "Enough!" How many other projects are on the back 
burner because time is being totally wasted and used up by the City Staff 
chasing after this fool developer who can't seem to get his ducks in a row 
in time for meetings and hearings HE REQUESTED?

Give it a rest, already and let other developers in there who have proven 
track records of ACTUALLY GETTING THINGS DONE!
