It's a pun on Gog and Magog, both of them evil nations in Revelation  
20:8. They are allied with the forces of Satan against Jesus Christ  
and the saints. "And fire came down from heaven and consumed them.  
And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire  
and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will  
be tormented day and night forever and ever (Rev. 20:9b, 10).

Nice reading for sadists.

means,
