Good work by the MPD!  

I hope the follow-through on the prosecuting end will be thorough and effective, regardless whose kids the perpetrators turn out to be.

I also hope that the MPD and the LCSD will be successful in discovering the those involved in the recent rash of vandalism, thefts, and tagging.  Likewise, when these criminals are caught I hope the prosecution and attendant publicity will be harsh enough to be an effective deterrent -- again regardless of whose kids are involved.  As for tagging, I hope a real effort is made to find and to prosecute the paint supplier(s).
