[Vision2020] Speaking English

Did anyone else notice last Thursday on p. A6 that the Spokesman Review 
published a story covering Fox's visit to Yakima in Spanish? I don't 
recall the S-R having done that before. I can probably pull it off 
their archives if anyone is interested in reading it.
