If what you say is correct then Planned Barrenhood (The countries 
largest abortion provider) would do it for free and not charge $600 to 
$900 per abortion, they wouldn't take government endowment to provide 
their ancillary services and they would follow the law with regards to 
clinics and prescriptions.
