I have been in a couple conversations about other projects purchasing that
building. I have gathered that the land could be purchased in a separate
transaction for an additional price.

On the Dark Store thread, its worth noting that the tax assessed value of
that building has been falling because the formula to figure taxable value
has an element that is based on sales. Sales have been zero for two years
now. This illustrates that having a dark store  in our community has
property tax implications, as well as other liabilities from a dark store.
