[Vision2020] The Human Toll

[Sunil Ramalingam]

I understand it's the government's policy not to count the Iraqi dead, 
unless they can be classified as 'insurgents.'

We only count those things which are important to us.  If we do attack Iran, 
we won't count their dead either.
