Ed,

The reason I don't have to admit it was good is that I think it was crap, 
and I find the two mutually exclusive.

Again, Bush is no leftist.  He's my disaster because he's the President, not 
because he represents the policies with which I agree.  He's certainly no 
traditional conservative, but he is of and from the right.
