[Vision2020] Donovan enrolled in GEOL 101, again?

Maybe you should head back into Geology 101 again and discover what happens 
after people try to  widen and redirect streams and such.  May not happen 
today, may not happen tomorrow, but someday, Paradise Creek will flood 
Moscow again.
