[Vision2020] school facilities discussion

Christ (good to hear from you, Man!)

Were they asking to "buy" the land or just use it?  Does that make any 
difference?  Couldn't UI work with them on that issue?  Seems like they 
should be able to since UI is Land Grant also - or am I wrong on that one?
