Dividing the country geographically by ethnic/religious group gives the
Kurds and Shiites possession of the oil fields, which makes the Sunnis most
unhappy. The new constitution was supposed to give the oil revenues to the
central government for redistribution, but indications are the Shiites now
want to renege on the "agreement". The Kurds never agreed to it.

What about dividing up that county. Shites ,Sunnis, and Kurds obviously
can't get along, well at least the Shites and Sunnis? Call me crazy but I
say divide it up and get out.
