[Vision2020] Wal-Mart to Hire up to 150,000

So, let me see if I got this straight:

The City of Moscow has somehow, sometime, somewhere instituted a "no hire 
under any fire" code?  Or is it a "Create new jobs! Not in this town you 
won't" policy?  And the code/policy number for that would be.....I'm asking 
'cause the City doesn't even know what you're talking about.

And on top of that, unless WalMart comes to Mocow and builds a Super 
WalMart, the general public will have to deal with an ugly, non-tax 
producing, environmentally unsafe, traffic killing, business-sucking one in 
another state?  What, Idaho has exclusive rights and abilities to "control" 
WalMart now?  Again, the code THAT would fall under is............

And up til now, UI has only been increasing its population/enrollment soley 
because we have a WalMart in town?  So the increase in those areas PREVIOUS 
to WalMart coming to Moscow was due to, what - luck? a secret plan run by 
WalMart? little green men in a little red rubber room?

I wonder what view(s) you have about New Cities, who ONLY WANTS BUILDING TO 
OCCUR WITHIN ONE MILE OF DOWNTOWN!  (not really, but I am sure you're gonna 
offer them anyway.)

Well, they tried to hire here but the city has a strict policy against  the 
creation of new jobs. No doubt your next bright idea will be to  oppose 
Wal_mart making sales overseas and bringing the profits into the  US.
