[Vision2020] meals on wheels

 Roger,
I have not been keeping up on this discussion very well, so this might have
already been answered, but . . .  Years ago, I remember one of my mother's
friends doing Meals on Wheels and it occurs to me that she, along with other
women who were involved, cooked the meals themselves at one of the locals
churches before delivering them.  Is this not the case anymore that the
volunteers do the cooking?
