[Vision2020] meqals on wheels

Have you tried the local churches?  In my hometown, they used to use our 
church and it worked out for everyone...still does.

You might try to see if they would be willing to "rent" you space at a 
reasonable price.

I think the 1912 and the Fair Grounds would probably be pretty high.
