[Vision2020] Governor Kempthorne chosen as Secretary of theInterior

I will say this about Kempthorne's nomination.  When was the last time you 
heard the President of the United States, the leader of the free world, the 
most powerful man on earth, mention Moscow Mountain on national news?  Of 
course, he pronounced Moscow the , uh, "udder" way of saying it, but we were
