EcoAnalysts, Inc. is an excellent example of the kind of growth Moscow needs.  Gary Lester and Scott Lindstrom started EcoAnalysts in 1995 and have been growing ever since.  They have become the largest private freshwater macroinvertebrate taxonomic laboratory in the western United States.  EcoAnalysts is an independent environmental consulting firm located in Moscow, Idaho.  Their area of expertise is the identification of freshwater aquatic organisms; macroinvertebrates, periphyton, plankton, and fish. They also offer aquatic bioassessment and biological monitoring services.  If all goes well, they will soon be moving to the Alturas Technology Park.
