What "aggravated third party", TK?  

 

Are you talking about the non-adopted offspring of a gay marriage?  I say,
again, son:  HUH ?!?!?

Biology 101 clearly stipulates that for this to occur, the biological
parents of such an offspring must cumulatively possess one "Part A" and one
"Part B", unless, of course, the offspring is the result of intelligent
design, in which case all that is needed is an apple tree.

 

Another possibility for a gay marriage to expand to include a child is
artificial insemination provided that the gay marriage is female in nature
(again I refer you to your Biology 101 text book).  In this case abortion is
extremely unlikely, since the intent of the insemination is to give birth to
a child in the first place

 

You still with me, TK?

 

Now, there is a more popular option for a gay marriage to have children:
Adoption.  In many cases this option is selected and pursued

post-partum and an abortion is simply out of the question.

 

In any case, these decisions are made by the parents and NOT by the
government.  

 

Sidebar Footnote:  If the government should take it upon themselves to
eliminate a woman's right to choose, the decision to abort, or not to abort,
will be made in back alleys by uninformed women while holding onto a coat
hanger.  And those sickeningly morbid photographs that Comb-Over Courtney is
so proud to display will become a cold and frequent reality.

A question regarding definitions:  Can we accurately describe a substance
that when ingested directly results in the death of a human being,
"medicine"?  

 

The so-called morning after pill is nothing less than POISON!  Pure and
simple.  And as for CHOICE, no one has the right to choose death for
another.
