[Vision2020] Wayne's election comment

I like Dan's way of making the point: "If there wasn't so much other stuff going on that our City Council is dealing with, I do agree with Kit that maybe [questions about the last election] should be looked at."

I think that the Mayor and Council are doing a terrific job! They have been very busy running the city government. Nonetheless, Kit has raised some concerns that need to be addressed when time permits.
