If people like James Reynolds AND THE REST OF US don't 
question accusations of local voter fraud, then those 
accusations seem to have merit and just add to the 
understandable disgust people have with national politics.

I am quite sure no Democrat would participate in Moscow 
voter fraud. I am quite sure no Republican would 
participate in Moscow voter fraud. The city council 
election is technically non-partisan, so I will add 
that I doubt voter fraud was committed by any Independent.

Because I am not all-seeing and infallible, I now will 
join James Reynolds in asking for evidence.
