[Vision2020] Vandalism on MoscowWiki (and evidence for community)

Visionaries, 

On March 4 an anonymous user defaced a number of pages on MoscowWiki and
left a calling card at http://moscowwiki.editme.com/nazipenguins

The user is
Name:    moscow-cuda-gen2-70-36-26-111.losaca.adelphia.net
Address:  70.36.26.111

Wiki works! After 11 months of operation MoscowWiki got attacked, but a
variety of folks got involved with the problem. Thanks to all:
Chasuk reported it in V2020
London passed it on to my attention
Htmldoc saw it happening and locked the site against more changes
Corinna resolved the IP and is reporting the user to Adelphia abuse
SCSpaeth (working from Maine) reverted the pages back

I have unlocked the site, but not quite as open as it was. Would be editors
need to create an account to edit the site.

This whole incident makes me happy -- not because it happened, but because
of all who rallied to the need.
